It made me laugh at the time, since I didn’t really feel any attachment to my phone; but nowadays, it’s no laughing matter as it hits close to home. Besides having the means to talk to each other at the tip of our fingers, having a way to easily access information dampen most people’s desire to learn and experience new things because they can just Google it and get other people’s opinion on the matter. I myself have become dependent on my phone in checking with the boss for updates rather than going up to his office to ask the boss himself.
